On the strength of Nancy Kerrigan's name, we bought this item. But unfortunately she doesn't skate. As MC of the show, she is not dynamic. She reads her text.
While the skaters are good, their material is not interesting. By and large, the show features routine skating.
The music purports to be holiday music, but actually is a hodge-podge of rock-arranged nondescript themes.
Only good moment in the show features a tango.

Hosted and narrated by Nancy Kerrigan, Holiday On Ice: Under the Desert Sky was originally produced in November, 2006. World-renowned skaters skate to their favorite Christmas songs on a special rink that was staged at the 5,000-seat Dodge Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona. The extravaganza includes elves, jugglers, pairs skaters and a Santa sleigh ride. Featuring two-time Olympic Medalist and World Champion Brian Orser. Other skaters include: Paul Guerrero (Medalist World Jr. Championships), Lynn Petta (spinning specialist and coach), Ryan O'Meara (Medalist 2006 U.S. Skating championships), Emily Nussear (U.S Junior medalist), Mikhail Panin & Nadia Sharp (Ice Dancers from the Rivera's "Splash"), Patrick Breault (performed in "Next Ice Age" at the Kennedy Center).
