Mystique: Naked Island Race (2006) Review

(More customer reviews)It seemed a good idea to have a kind of treasure-hunt race with sexy models in Belize. Sounded fun to me, and might even provide some ideas for games at a nudist resort. But in the making of this film, apparently the ladies were not told that the title would be "Naked Island Race." I'd estimate they're unclothed maybe 10% of the time, and the rest of the time are mostly covered up with t-shirts and thongs. Why didn't they at least make it bikinis, for crying out loud?! And I'm not so much bothered by the raininess, except that the camera lens often has a lot of water drops on it, and what's the deal with the light in quite a few scenes causing such a bad over-exposure? The ladies in this are nice-looking enough, but it's all quite a dreary result......

(More customer reviews)I've seen several of the other girls gone wild dvd's, This one has snoop dogg as the host, he smokes alot of chronic and narrates most of the action. 90% is all flashing, there is about 2 girlongirl action scenes.. And 5 or 6 kitty shots..
They do a good job but i think the main seller for this one was ment to be snoop himself, and he's not my type of college chiq :)

(More customer reviews)I reveiewed the first season box set of this series. It was more expensive than the second series, but had more bonus features as well. This review is more for those who already know the series, but want to know what this DVD offers. On 2 discs you have all 10 episodes, and audio options. On the 2nd disc, there is a bonus feature called family shorts. Basically it's just a few minutes of Q&A with Seymore, Cousin Stevie, and Mari Possa. My position is that I wouldn't mind paying an additional $20 for more bonus options. For the price, it's not bad.

Reality TV may be, for the large part, nonfiction, but it deliberately chooses outlandish scenarios and unusual people for its subject matter. Porn actor and director Adam Glasser, aka Seymore Butts, is perfectly material for such a show. Open Marriage showcases 2 couples who tried swinging together for the first time and it turned out a little less than fun for the husband - but he didn't look like he was complaining when he orgasmed in his neighbours wife... Some interesting story lines - I dare you was something fun to watch. Creatively directed but can get a little confusing if you only keep forwading to the sex bits. Stories on cheating, breaking up finding new love in old friends had decent plots with semi-good acting. Overall, I think it's worth the buy if you're looking to spice things up in your somewhat decent sex life. May not be good for the "wanking" sort of folks!
